The tiny Siberian village steeped in myth

In the 1990s, 'spiritual places of power' began popping up across Russia. Anthropologists have linked this phenomenon with a human reaction to the collapse of the USSR and the loss of their established worldviews.

The Siberian village of Okunevo became one of these 'places of power', and interestingly it appears that this area has attracted people to it for thousands of years.
