Air pollution pods bring world cities' smog to Oxford

Air pollution in cities around the world has been recreated in an art installation that allows people to experience the air quality at each location.

The work by artist Michael Pinsky has been touring the UK as part of a four-year research project designed to raise awareness about air pollution.

The pods have been installed at St John’s College in Oxford.

Each one safely recreates the air quality, smell and temperature of a different world city, at no risk to people's health.
