Storm Ciarán: A day in the life of a weather presenter

As Storm Ciarán batters Britain it’s all systems go for weather presenter Sabrina Lee.

The BBC meteorologist is kept busy all day with eight radio bulletins as well as appearances on TV.

When not on air she’s in meetings with colleagues in other parts of the corporation.

“When it comes to weather presenting we don’t actually use any scripts,” Sabrina said.

“So everything you see on television, we’re putting together on the spot.”
